RATES AT F-209 IN THE MAUI KAMAOLE RESORT

• Rates are for the townhouse, not per person.

• Deposit of $200 is required within 10 days of confirmation to secure reservation.

• Payment balance is due by 60 days of arrival.

RESERVATION POLICY AT F-209 IN MAUI KAMAOLE

• Unit sleeps four adults. $20 per night for each additional adult (children 13 and over).

• Cleaning fee of $120 added to stays of less than seven nights.

• Six people maximum.

• Four night minimum stay.

• This is a non-smoking unit.

• No pets allowed.

• All rates subject to Hawaii State Tax of 11.42%.

• Check-in time is 2:00 pm. Check-out time is 10:00 am.

• Two week minimum during Christmas season.

CANCELLATION POLICY AT F-209 IN MAUI KAMAOLE

If you should need to cancel your vacation, you will receive a deposit refund, less a $100 administration fee, for cancellations received 60 days prior to arrival date. For cancellations received within 60 days of arrival, payments will be retained. If the townhouse can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued.
