This is a list of most of the amenities
in our condo, F-209 in the Maui Kamaole Resort. We want our guests to
have a wonderful vacation on Maui. We try hard to make our guests' stay in our condo as
convenient and enjoyable as possible.
- Two-bedroom, two-bath, two-story
luxury garden view condo (you can see a little of the ocean).
- Condo is on the top floor of the
building. There is no noise from condos above it.
- 1050 square feet, not including
lanais (balconies).
- California king-size bed in upstairs
loft master bedroom and queen-size bed in downstairs bedroom.
- Queen-size sofa sleeper in the
living room.
- The master bathroom is off the master
bedroom. The downstairs bathroom is off the hallway.
- Professionally decorated.
- It was just built in 2001.
- Our condo is kept very clean and
very well-maintained. We travel there often to make sure it stays
that way!
- Vaulted ceiling in the living room.
- Well-equipped kitchen, including
microwave oven, coffee maker, blender, automatic icemaker, baking utensils, and rice cooker.
- Air conditioners in living room and
both bedrooms.
- Cable 27-inch TV, DVD, and VCR in the
living room.
- Cable TV in the master bedroom.
- CD player/AM and FM
receiver/cassette player
in the living room.
- High speed Ethernet connection for
your laptop.
- On a slope of Mount Haleakala. We
feel like we are "above it all" every time we stay there!
- Very quiet. You can
hear the tropical birds!
- Located at the end of the driveway.
Few cars coming and going.
- Lanai off the living room
(partial view of the ocean and a view of Kihei) and lanais off both
bedrooms (view of Mount Haleakala).
- Linens and towels supplied in the
condo.
- Patio table and four chairs on living
room lanai. Two extra folding chairs.
- Telephone in kitchen and in each
bedroom.
- Telephone answering machine.
- Free unlimited calling to the U.S.
and Canada.
- Security vault for your convenience.
- Washer and drier.
- Iron and ironing board.
- Portable clothesline rack on the
lanai to dry swimming suits and beach towels.
- Hair drier supplied in each
bathroom.
- Children's toys.
- A minute walk to the upper
(waterfall) pool and sand bottom Jacuzzi.
- Less than a minute walk to the
tennis courts.
- Tennis rackets and balls supplied in the
condo.
- Beach chairs and beach bag supplied in the condo.
- Many containers to take food to the
beach.
The Maui Kamaole Resort has outstanding
features.
- Lush landscaping in a Wailea-style
resort.
- Low density development. At less
than 15 condos per acre, this is one of Kihei's least densely
developed resorts.
- Cluster-style development. Each
cluster is approximately ten condos wide.
- Across from world-class Kamaole
Beach III and a five-minute walk from world-class Keawakapu Beach.
- Two pools and two Jacuzzis.
- Two tennis courts.
- Gas barbeque grills at each cluster.
- A large back lawn just around the
corner from the building. Great for the kids and playing Frisbee.
- Concierge service.
- Assigned parking, and extra parking
for groups with two cars.
